1. The offer and this website at www.WertheimVillage.com (“our Website”) is operated by Value Retail Management Germany GmbH (registered number Amtsgericht Mannheim HRB 570533), whose registered office is at Management Suite, Wertheim Village, Almosenberg, D-97877 Wertheim.

The Offer
2. By scanning their Privilege Code at the Tourist Information at Wertheim Village, Privilege members (the "Participants") receive an additional best friends pass for VIP Shopping (the “Offer”). Valid from 7 to 11 September 2018.

3. The Offer is valid during, and including, 7 September 2018 until 11 September 2018 (the “Offer Period”) and is redeemable at participating boutiques at Wertheim Village only.

4. The Offer is available for Privilege members only and a the QR Code from the newsletter must be presented at the Tourist Information to redeem the Offer (the “Participants”).

Miscellaneous
5. The offer is subject to availability and is only available for Privilege members who shop at Wertheim Village during the Offer Period. In-store exclusions may apply.

6. The Offer is not transferable to any third party, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else or redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.

7. Only one Best Friends Pass per registered Privilege Member.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Offer, the Gift, or any part of it, and/or review and amends these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.

9. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon, voucher or other offers available during the Offer Period.

10. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
