Birthday Prosecco – Birthday gift Prosecco voucher

1. The offer and this website at www.WertheimVillage.com (“our Website”) is operated by Value Retail Management Germany GmbH (registered number Amtsgericht Mannheim HRB 570533), whose registered office is at Management Suite, Wertheim Village, Almosenberg, D-97877 Wertheim.

The Offer
2. By scanning their Privilege Code at the Tourist Information, Wertheim Village, participants are eligible for two Prosecco voucher (the “Gift”) as a birthday gift by scanning the Privilege Code at the Tourist Information (the “Offer”).

3. The voucher must be picked up at the Tourist Information, Wertheim Village, within 4 weeks after the birthday of the Privilege Member and no later than 31.12.2019 (the "Offer Period"). Thereafter, the entitlement to the voucher expires.

4.The Offer is available for Privilege members with a minimum age of 18 years only and a valid Privilege Code must be presented at the Tourist Information to redeem the Offer (the “Participants”).

Miscellaneous
5. The complimentary gift is subject to availability and is only available for Participants who scan their Privilege code at the Tourist Information, Wertheim Village during the Offer Period. Exclusions may apply.

6. The Offer is not transferable to any third party, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else or redeemed in conjunction with any other offers.

7. Participants can only redeem this Offer once and Participants are only eligible for one complimentary Gift.

8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Offer, the Gift, or any part of it, and/or review and amends these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice.

9. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, coupon, voucher or other offers available during the Offer Period.

10. Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these terms and conditions.
